Vlog: Hiking in Sierra de Bejar

My friends and I decided that we wanted to go hiking in the mountains north of Salamanca. So, we hopped on a bus at 9:30 in the morning (for 4.45 euro, whatadeal) and ended up in Candelario, Spain about an hour later. When we first arrived at this precious, small town we saw people crossing the finish line of a 10k. Little did we know, we knew someone participating in this race. Ten minutes later, we saw Rodrigo, our program director, who had finished the race a few minutes before. We know approximately four Spaniards, and we just randomly ran into one of them in this obscure town in Spain. We were extremely thrilled.

Ali, Rodrigo and I.

Then we commenced the hike, and I documented it in this video. Enjoy!
